[SOLVED] Zone Based Shipping decimal number in weight problem

When I have two decimal number in Weight Rate Table it skips the first decimal number rate

This doesn't work
0,2:8;0,5:24;1:48;2:80

But this work
0,5:24;1:48;2:80

I have the same problem in 1.2.1 and 1.3.
Is there a way to fix it?

Use dot (.) instead of comma (,) :)
