How to install modules

I've downloaded modules but there is no instructions on how to install them!!
Alos I can't get the shipping to work no matter what I do it just won't add the shipping!!!

This is a 6 year old extension. It will not work with Litecart version 2.2.9. Here is an alternative:

Hi even that does not work I simply wanted to make a zero tax rate just a simple thing you would think!! But not so here!

Create a tax class named Zero.
Add new tax rate named Zero
Select the Zero class from the tax class
Select rate fixed value 0
And when you create the product, you select the zero tax

That would be good if you could set 0 as a figure but that is not allowed!!!!

You don't define a tax rate for 0% tax. It is automatically 0% tax if you don't define a rate for a specific region (geo zone). Only define rates that applies.
