Changing layout button to cart only

Hi Tim,
I would like to use this Add-on as pictured by the joker, but i get a green text button instead, how to change this.
I Use options on some of my products, whats the best way to handle this?

This can be done by adjusting the CSS you copy and pasted.

It's not as simple as your answer. I can't adjust the way it looks in that css and i have to modify the xml file.
Do you have an example for it? I Bought it because of the picture above.
