[Solved] Out of stock, no notice

If I choose a size (S) out of stock then there are no notice

If I choose a size (M) in stock the notice shows up, if I go to size (S) out of stock the notice don't change, its still the same as for size (M)

Fixed this by changing row 85 to
} else {

instead of
} else if (empty($product->sold_out_status['orderable'])) {
