Paypal add-on not dowloading

Hi I just paid for the Paypal add-on but as usual with all add-ons no sign of the add-on or how to install it!!!

I have already replied the query by customer. He is now able to download the plugin.

The instructions are included in readme.md. Folder structure are followed as per guideline of litecart.
