How i get the categories information on top.?

I don't really understand your question.
Can you show how would you like it?

want this information above the products not at the end of the categories.  if you do not go to a category, you will now find this information at the bottom of the category page.  I want this at the top so customers see it immediately when they enter a category

I am sorry but I still don't understand, maybe my bad but I cannot figure out your request.
When I go in to a category the information are above the products.
When I don't enter in a category, I am on the home page (or contact or privacy...).

Can you give url of your webpage? Maybe then it is more clear to us...
