Issues in the admin setup

Hello.

Would anyone be able to advise what is causing this? (please see screenshot)

All I have done is upload "all" the files supplied.

The only thing non standard, is that I uploaded the files in the "admin123" folder to my own admin folder instead. (admin123) but I get the error regardless if I use the standard admin folder... so I dont think its that.

I "think" I may have figured out the issue. I was of the understanding that we would merge the "admin" folder to whatever our existing "adminxxxx" folder might be called.

But it seems to be the case that you need to keep it to what is supplied.....

Let me know if I am correct?

Na, There is something still wrong somewhere, as I dont get the ability to set the page I want, so if someone can help, it would be appreciated.
