Sitemap where do i execute the file/script

How can i access the sitemapgenerator in LC? 
there is a script in pages/feeds/sitemap.xml.inc.php but how should i tell google that adress
in their searchconsole ?

Maybe im way out of understanding now but at least i gotta try to fix it
