Collecting points for purchase

My idea is the functionality for collecting points for a purchase. It would be possible to set a coefficient that would convert the value of the basket into points for the customer, so he would collect points with each purchase and could then convert them for money in the basket (again with a set coefficient), or choose a gift for points. If the developers are interested, I will be happy to design the complete functionality of the system.

Could be useful for some merchants. Hopefully somone likes your idea and develops it.
My to do is specked with higher priorities so for me it's too much work for a less requested feature.
