How do i fix this i know i am supposed to increase the memory but where am i supposed to do this thanks in advance

Did you upload a high Megapixel image ?

yes loads of them

These are your choices:

A. Shrink those "extremely" high resolutioned images before uploading.

B. Have your web host enable Imagick PHP extension instead of GD2.

C. Ask your webhost to enable more RAM memory for PHP processes.

I recommend A.
