How to enable this. thanks

Zones can be edited under Admin -> Countries -> Edit country To insert an SQL query you need phpMyAdmin. Every table has a name with prefix where lc_ is the prefix in lc_zones. If you did not change this during installation simply ignore this and perform the query. Another add-on with zones is available here.
