Does Litecart have tracking cookies or not?

If I show the information
"Store sets only necessary session cookies"
on my page, and do not embed any cookies myself, is that true?

LiteCart only use one session cookie to identify the session until cookies are accepted or the cookie policy is unset. When consented or the policy is unset there will be functional browser cookies stored for +3 months.
