Some questions about this add-on

Hey, I'm having a few struggles with this add-on and was hoping for some instructions and/or information. I installed this add on in a staging environment following the instructions that were provided.

1. Is this add-on meant to only show visitors of the previous day(s)? In the associated screenshot you can see it tracked 0 visitors for the 19th (today), even though I just clicked around on the webshop.
2. Is the table underneath the graph supposed to be and stay empty? I don't know how to reproduce the visitor information as displayed in the screenshots of the add-on.
3. Is there any interaction possible with the graph? E.g. clicking a certain day shows stats of that day?

Hi, 1, 2 the stats are realtime. And the fact that it is not collecting tells me it's not running.
Make sure your visitors.xml vmod is uploaded and remains in the vmods/ folder. That is the part which tells it to run every page load.

3. No interaction sorry. If you intend to build analytics. See the Matomo, Bing or Google Analytics.

visitors.xml is and was uploaded & active in vMods, so that isn't it.

I've been testing a bit more and it seems that the delay isn't necessarily a day, but more like a few hours. Could this perhaps be a timezone & DST issue?

We set the datetime to the timestamp of current time in PHP. So that should not affect a faulty mysql timezone.
The fact that this addon is plug n play and you are having these weird things makes me wanna look at your installation.

Hmm, even if we did get this add-on to work I don't think it'll be enough. I'll be looking at Matomo as that better fits the requirements. Thanks for answering the questions.
