Missing translation title_confirm_order?

missing: "title_confirm_order" used to be in translations but not in 2.2.2

Hi Tim unfortunately it did not help, after re scanning the translations 2 entries came up "title_confirm_order" and "pm_cod:title_confirm_order" Both translated and cache emptied no result still shows "confirm order" in checkout
