How do I install spanish translations?

Hola, estoy iniciando en Litecart, soy ex usuario de Prestashop. No logro encontrar el modo de instalar la traducción a español. Ya tengo el archivo descargado y el nuevo lenguaje creado pero no se donde colocar el archivo de la traducción para que esta haga efecto.

System locales are server specific depending on operating system. Ask your webhost if you are uncertain.

Try es_ES.utf8
