Shipping price in shop

Someone who knows how to set the shipping so that, for example, a shopping basket of 500g costs SEK 39, a shopping basket from 1kg to 5kg costs SEK 99. We have received so that they come in different zones, but we do not want that, but we want the shipping to change on the fixed shipping.
We have entered all the terms we want to use but they are only no fee

Hello, I did like this and worked fine (see attachment).
About the no fee, in admin/total order module/shipping fee
you can set up (or remove) the total amount that will allow free delivery (see attachment).
