where 3 is how many days after actual day is the delivery date.

Next delivery to our warehouse: look for title_delivery_statuses in admin/translations

date when the delivery is calculated: in public_html\includes\templates\default.catalog\views\box_product.inc.php
locate 
<?php echo $delivery_status; ?>
and replace with
<?php echo date('Y-m-d', strtotime($date. ' + 3 days')); ?>
Remember to back up before.
