tax and shipping

Hello,

We installed the square app and it doesn't seem to be adding the tax and the shipping charges to the order when the order is sent over to the square site to be processed. How do we fix this? The tax and shipping charges show up in the shopping cart before you checkout, but then once you checkout and it sends you over to square to pay, it doesn't have the tax or shipping charge on the order.
