Difference between email functions?

What's the difference between email_order_copy() and send_email_notification() in ent_order.inc.php?  What are they both used for?

Hi, email_order_copy is sent to costumer and shop owner after order_succes (found in translations)
email_notification is (optionally) sent if order_status has changed (found in order statuses)

I think you meant "customer", as a costumer is someone who makes outfits (costumes) for actors and such. :)
