UK Counties in checkout please?

I'm sure this has been asked and resolved somewhere but I've searched and I can't find it. Seems to be a lack of UK users of this cart? anyway;

I've deleted all th countries except the UK as I don't need them but what I do need are the UK counties (provinces). When I do a test checkout these do not show in the dropdown options nothing shows. So I assume this datbase table needs populating but don't see a clear way to do that in the admin area.

I would prefer to just import these to the database so if anyone has a CSV of UK & Ireland could you please share or point me to where I can find them.

Seems a great cart and I want to use it, just dumped Opencart because I got pissed off with resolving errors every time a made a change. So far this has been great.

You can maintain zones/states/provinces under the Admin -> Countries -> Edit Country page.
