Ask at checkout, qty discount reminder

Hi
Checkout looks like below.

Is there a way to add, at checkout, under the item description, (being capable of adding your own html so its easy to change text and colours) something like ...
[b]Remember, buy x2 save 10%, [/b]etc (or put this in the product description[b])[/b](only to be displayed if they dont order 2)
And inbetween the [b]Item price[/b] and [b]Sum[/b] either, or both, a [b]full price[/b], [b]qty discount price[/b], [b]saving [/b](EG save 1.50) [b]Sum [/b](total item amount after discount ?

This would make customers happier to see their savings, and remind them that if they buy 2 instead of x1 they save money, etc !

This must also look good in phone mode.
