It was a fresh install of Dymo Connect on Windows. When printing 4 lines, the order is mangled up. I have checked that site and I can't see any similar issue. I would guess the extension is passing the data to Dymo wrongly? Please see this image for an example: https://ibb.co/z8fpKYt

mustalainen Developer Fra Sweden Medlem siden sep. 2017 mustalainen feb. 26 2021 07:25 a.m. Hi Tim, I have the exakt same problem, were there any solution to the previous post? Also in Swedish addresses it gets {post number + city} {name} {street}{country}
tim Founder Fra Sweden Medlem siden mai 2013 tim feb. 26 2021 04:37 p.m. Make sure you have selected a proper label format that matches your label. DYMO's customer service should be able to assist you with the right code.
label LiteCart Fan Fra Australia Medlem siden des. 2018 label mars 17 2021 09:12 p.m. mustalainen, how did you go? I have two computers - it works fine on one but not the other.
tim Founder Fra Sweden Medlem siden mai 2013 tim mars 18 2021 12:17 a.m. A thought came to mind. Maybe you should try to create a custom template file? It's possible the template itself has some metric data for the label format. Simply open the label maker software and choose File -> "Save as" for a desired label. Then upload it to LiteCart. Has anyone been in touch with the DYMO technical support? https://www.dymo.com/en-GB/online-support/online-support-contact-us
mustalainen Developer Fra Sweden Medlem siden sep. 2017 mustalainen mars 22 2021 02:41 p.m. Hi Today I finally solved it. [ul] [li]If the printer prints wrong, your template file is wrong, or your Dymo paper name is wrong in the addon. The correct way to write it is for instance "99013". The papers hade 2 other numbers, but these are wrong.[/li] [/ul] [ul] [li]You must use "Dymo label", not "Dymo Connect".[/li] [/ul] [ul] [li]When you create your label, please notice the step 3 in the addon. It is also case sensitive.[/li] [/ul] [ul] [li]If you get blank prints, you are not using the latest version of Dymo Connect. Please notice that you need to reboot your computer after update.[/li] [/ul] [ul] [li]When you troubleshoot this addon, use Inkognito mode.[/li] [/ul] Here are good links for more info: https://www.labelvalue.com/troubleshooting-guide-dymo-labelwriter-printers https://developers.dymo.com/2010/03/24/understanding-label-file-formats-in-dymo-label-v-8-label-objects/ https://developers.dymo.com/2016/11/29/sample-samples-samples/ https://developers.dymo.com/tag/how-to/
