Is this for a single price depending on quantity and not fixed amount?

I want to buy this add-ons but I want to know if it works like in this example:
quantity 1 euro 10
quantity 2 euro 8 (single price from 2 to 9?)
quantity 10 euro 6 (single price from 10 to 19?)
quantity 20 euro 5 (single price from 20 to ...?)
so
If visitor will choose to buy 3 pieces he will have a total of 24 euro
If visitor will choose to buy 11 pieces he will have a total of 66 euro
If visitor will choose to buy 100 pieces he will have a total of 500 euro,
is it right?

Yes, this is correct. 
Your costumer will also see the options with quantity based prices. 
It will say for example: 
1+ € 10
10+ € 6
20+ € 5

If he orders 15pcs it will be € 6
