Small modification to Order Copy

Hi,

Rather than using the tax amount from Litecart, I am wanting the tax amount displayed to be the Grand Total divided by 11 (rounded to two decimal places) if the Shipping Address Country is Australia, otherwise to display 0.

I require a written record of the code changed so that I can save it and use it to make the code change again in the future when litecart is upgraded to a new version.
