Default Country state how to change

I know this is an old subject, but if you please tell me how to change default Country,
It must be Serbia but browser checker always set it u the US because people use mainly
the browser in English?

I see that in 2.2.5 is still not patched.
The add-on did not work.
I usually in litecart\includes\templates\default.catalog\views\box_checkout_customer.inc.php replace:

      <div class="form-group col-sm-6">
        <label><?php echo language::translate('title_country', 'Country'); ?></label>
        <?php echo functions::form_draw_countries_list('country_code', true); ?>
      </div>```
with:
```<div class="row">
        <div class="form-group col-md-6">
          <label><?php echo language::translate('title_country', 'Country'); ?></label>
          <?php echo functions::form_draw_countries_list('country_code', false, 'required="required"'); ?>
        </div>```
But in the demo (http://demo.litecart.net/) works fine. Which solution apply to the demo?

@vilaiporn The demo uses 2.2.7 as of today's date. That could be why.
