Collect CC numbers to process offline

Greetings.

I've been researching shopping carts for several weeks now, I came across Litecart and I am very pleased with the product so far!

I have a question. Our physical store accepts Credit Cards. What I would like to do in LiteCart is have our customers simply enter their Credit card information and LiteCart store the information (securely). Then using the admin panel(???) to retrieve the CC numbers and process the CC transaction manually on our physical store CC machine.

Is this possible?

I don't think that is a good idea and I don't think you are allowed to for PCI compliance.
Use Stripe or similar to charge over web. Stripe also supports storing the credit card if you manage to rewrite the module.
