Blank Order Confirmation Emails for Arabic Customers

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with my online store's order confirmation emails. When a customer places an order in Arabic, they're receiving a blank email instead of the translated confirmation message.

The default English email looks like this:

Thank you for your purchase! Your order #X has successfully been created with a total of $x for the following ordered items etc ...

I've tried to fix this myself but haven't had any luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to translate these emails into Arabic?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Search in your translation for this mark ٪ and not %, if you find it in the cause of your problems with the Arabic language

I tried searching for the default email template, but unfortunately, I couldn't find it. The "Translations" section didn't yield any results.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

According to my experience with litecart If the command is executed in English perfectly and the error appears in Arabic only, I am sure that there is a problem with the translation
Despite my lack of experience, I suggest that you search for "email_order_confirmation"
and make sure that its translation is as follows:
شكرًا لك على عملية الشراء!

تم إنشاء طلبك # %order_id بنجاح بإجمالي %payment_due للعناصر المطلوبة التالية:

%order_items

تتوفر نسخة قابلة للطباعة من الطلب هنا:

%order_copy_url

مع تحياتي،

%store_url

Yes, that's exactly the issue I'm facing. I've recently switched web hosts and am currently waiting for DNS propagation. As soon as I regain access to the server, I'll implement your suggested solution and let you know the end result.

I searched the Translation Tab for "email_order_confirmation" and I get "تأكيد الطلب" nothing more.

So I added the script, just like you suggested:

!شكرًا لك على عملية الشراء

تم إنشاء طلبك #%order_id بنجاح

بإجمالي %payment_due للعناصر المطلوبة التالية:

%order_items

تتوفر نسخة قابلة للطباعة من الطلب هنا:
%order_copy_url
