Blog add on not work in LT 2.2.8

I followed the installation the 5 steps given in your README.md with caution, but even after I checked every single point (the respective presence of the db fields and the php files), the blog option doesn't appear in the admin panel.

I've also copied the /includes/templates/ files in my custom template directory.

What else do I have to do to get the blog add-on up and running?

Which add-on is this? There is a specific forum section for each add-on.
