Not working missing file in addon

We have uploaded it according to the instructions that exist, but if you look in the folder, there is no file to be placed in the admin123 folder as it appears on the error message. So we suspect that there are no files in this module because it does not work properly

What folder is referred to by "the folder"? Where did you upload it?
Did you upload the public_html itself or the contents of it?

Please read the instructions carefully one more time where it says upload the contents to the [b]corresponding[/b] location.

How did you make the modules.app/ folder to be the corresponding folder?

It is possible you are overcomplicating it.

Upload the contents of public_html to the root of your app. Nowhere else.

I dont know we upload the filé to the ftp and we get this message.  We have not upload the filé to wrong map. We upload the filé to public ftp and that map are the same in the instruktion file.

Grab yourself a strong cup of coffee first. No one instructed you to use "public_ftp". That folder is an artefact from the 90s and servers rarely use that anymore. If it's used, it's not for your web pages.
