How change the default setting for categories on the Front page?

I would like to have the default "Name" instead of "Price" for the categories on the front page. Can I set this somewhere?

I often seem to have no luck with the search function in the forum and therefore dont find such entries, although I use many different search words / phrases. Mostly very many results come up that simply have nothing to do with my question.
