Can you give Indian UPI payment gateway systems 
On free php code
Thank you 
Others country have free options 
But India no have any UPI payment gateway for free code

You do not get free payment gateway systems for saying thank you.

What you can do instead is learn php, create that module and share it with others.

That would be a lot nicer.
