Best before use date on products

Hello

How can i insert this information on a product, look on the picture.

So customer can se this product have a best before date

This is related to specific stock items rather than the product page or product in general. Some stock can be of different expire dates.
I like the idea but just wanted to point that out.

You would need to create a new field in lc_products where this information is stored.
After that assign a snippet in pages/product.inc.php that is passed to the HTML view holding the value.
Then output that snippet in your template views/box_product.inc.php.

A freelancer should be able to do this by paying for 20 minutes of their time.

@blixten19 would you like to see this released in adons store?

This is a good idea. I have this feature in our shop POS although a little more advanced as the pos notifies me if a product is coming close to its best before date. This would be a good feature for litecart.

lol iam so happy to see @blixten has new addon!  iam sure @dodo will show us how to change text colors and background. Dodo, your answer should be for all type of texts, not for only "best before" :)
