Installing LiteCart on IIS with MS SQL

Can litecart be installed on IIS using MS SQL? Anyone has done it before?

I don't think anyone has attempted to use it with IIS this before. I'm interested to see how far that would go.
MS SQL is a no go. The queries are different in MS SQL and you would have to substitute the database driver in LiteCart.

I recommend installing XAMPP if you are going to roll on Windows.
