Usually when they register they can opt in or opt out for the newsletter already.
But maybe I did not correctly understand your question.

Simply replace the view box_newsletter_subscribe.inc.php with your own html implementation.

i have try to place de html code in box_newsletter_subscribe.inc.php but thats not working
