I made a change to pm_cash_on_pickup.inc.php Now I can limit the pickup option and payment to the same countries. Otherwise, the option of cash on pick up would remain while the pickup function was not displayed. Maybe this is good to change in the add-on download version?

If I choose a country that is not in the geo zone, the option of cash on pickup remains, while this cannot be selected of course. If I am doing something wrong or have set the module incorrectly, please let me know. Otherwise I think it looks better that way for the customers.
