User register fatal error

I get this error after user registration. What can be done with this?

If you do not check the newsletter option, it is OK.

Open phpMyAdmin and add this column to the table:

Did you run the upgrade scripts when you upgraded? This field was added to 3.0 and updated in 2.3.1.
