Add a specific data-field to the article-options

Hi togehter,

I have this issue: Some articles needs an option-selection before adding it to the cart. After selecting you will get a fine animation how the article floods into the cart - very nice. But is this selected option not available (stock quantity = 0) he still get this animation. ...and thsi I want to change.

My goal is to insert one more data-tag to the option-tag (i.e.  "data-storage-quantity") like "data-price-adjust" and "data-tax-adjust". So I could stop the animation. And I could design these entries with CSS. The benefit for the customer is to prevent a disappoinment, he knows on the first look, whether the article is available or not.

Ok, my question now: How can I realize it? Which steps are needed for that?

You would need to use javascript to find out if the combination is in stock.
