Mail for order not come

Hello
Anyone know why you only get certain order emails when a customer places an order? have received an order but no email sometimes emails come when customers place orders and sometimes not. Why?

You can see all outgoing emails logged in the database table lc_emails.
Find out there first if the mails you were expecting were sent.
