Error file not found when opening printable order copy

Hi
having a problem trying to print packing slip or invoice, comes up "Error 404 not found"
Can anyone help ?

It's pages/printable_order_copy.inc.php but this could be a problem with mod_rewrite or apache document root. Does your urls look like this /index.php/en/printable_order_copy or /en/printable_order_copy?

The url list of the single order (fresh install) is 
"shears.co.uk/------/?app=orders&doc=orders"

and this for the print
shears.co.uk/printable_packing_slip?order_id=10022199&public_key=&media=print

Those are correct. If you fill in the ticket I can assist you finding out what causes this. It could be something about the server environment that we need to make exception for. I assume the uploading of files went well and that there are no files missing.

Everything else seems to be working, is there a limit on PHP version ?

Update.
Just in case anyone has the same problem, this error corrected itself once I created my first invoice online manually, by signing up as a new user, ordering something, then asked for a cod on cart entry. Then it all seemed to start working !
