Shipping information in delivery mail

Hello

How i get the shipping information in the delivery mail. i have insert this. But the information not follow the email

%shipping_tracking_id, 
%shipping_tracking_url,

Looks right to me, that's what they should be defined as.

will have this information in this box

i have this information but the shipping number not shows in the mail

I just tested in the demo and could not reproduce a problem.
Show your order status notification configuration and the order's data. Mask out any sensitive information.

can you show how ju have insert that so thats works for you

can you insert a picture how you have whrite it

I filled in the field Shipping Tracking ID and Shipping Tracking URL under Edit Order.
I then assigned a notification to an order status under Edit Order Status stating %shipping_tracking_id and %shipping_tracking_ur somewhere in the text.

Do you have this in demo so i can look how you whrite this?
