The instructions say to put it in http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php/password_reset_tool, but my neither Windows nor my FTP client will allow me to create a folder named "index.php" as there is already a file with that name.
tim Founder Fra Sweden Member since maj 2013 tim 29 sep. 2016 15:40 You are reading too fast. Upload the file password_reset_tool.inc.php to the corresponding path of your LiteCart installation. It's in pages, so it should be uploaded to pages. Browse to http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php/password_reset_tool Or try the rewritten url: http://www.yourdomain.com/en/password_reset_tool This is a virtual webpath, not a filesystem path or a folder you create.

I had tried putting it in my installation folder ("store"), and various other folders, but then I mistyped the URL. I had been trying to browse to http://www.sodhouserecords.com/store/index.php/password_reset_tool.inc.php the correct URL is http://www.sodhouserecords.com/store/index.php/password_reset_tool When I use the correct URL, the reset tool works!
