It's in pages, so it should be uploaded to pages. I had tried putting it in my installation folder ("store"), and various other folders, but then I mistyped the URL. I had been trying to browse to http://www.sodhouserecords.com/store[color=#333333]/index.php/password_reset_tool.inc.php[/color] the correct URL is http://www.sodhouserecords.com/store[color=#333333]/index.php/password_reset_tool[/color] [color=#333333]When I use the correct URL, the reset tool works!
