Hi!

Is there a tool to track the arrival of goods in the store?
Analogue of a warehouse receipt order (date, supplier, product, quantity, price, etc.).

Or only adjust the stock in the product card?

Maybe you can tell me add-ons ?

In 3.0 you will be getting something called Stock Transactions where you can add your arrived stock items.

Thank you for your prompt reply!

3.0 is the future version?

Great, not sure if this is what I wanted to see.... But I'll check it out, thanks...

Sorry I'm speeding. So you don't wanna keep track of what has arrived - but when it arrives?
Is this a question of communication with customers? Like announcing a date on the product page, or sending notifications?

No, this functionality is not for communication with the buyer.
I care about the history of the movement of goods, where they came from to my store. How much goods and at what price. This is an analogue of a cash receipt order for warehouse accounting programs.

PS: I use the store primarily not for clients, but for myself. To understand what components (radio microcircuits, transistors, etc).
I have, their characteristics, price, where and when they were purchased. Yes, there are specialized solutions for this, but in my case, the store is more convenient.

E-commerce platforms usually only support a vast total quantity while business software suits do the internal stock management part. But I think we can do better. Indeed things are always more convenient when it's in LiteCart :)

So it does sound like you are asking for some stock tracking feature for knowing how much you deposit into stock and for what value. So stock transactions in 3.0 will do just that. And value can be inserted for each line of items deposited no problem. But I have no technology yet for backorders other than a qty backordered. Meaning if you make more than one backorder for an item you would just turn the amount up for backordered items. I welcome ideas.
