404 Page Customization - 2020 Edition Question

Hello, I also like to make an designed 404 page. I found the old thread:

But in the "index.php" there was no string anymore like written in the Forum... and I searched, but didn´t found a page with would work.

Do you have an idea? Would be great :-)
