I have an error in admin control panel ! plz fix it

The page just show as below :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in C:\wamp\www\litecart\public_html\includes\functions\admin.inc.php on line 15

How can i fix it ? Thanks you

Could it be you are using a lower PHP version than 5.3?
