How fix fatal errors after changing 'rows' to 0

I've changed in the section the amount of rows to '0'. After that, I received a lot of errors. Also in the section . So I cannot change it back to '40'.

What can I do to fix this?

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types: int / string in ~/admin123/settings.app/settings.inc.php (Line 128)

If you have an access to phpmyadmin you can fix any setting directly in there.

Check your database table lc_settings.

@perlaboy What settings key is this? I would like to reproduce this and prevent PHP from halting with a fatal error.

Settings/Lists
key --> Table rules
Value --> 40 (default)

I've set 40 to 0 (zero). The result was many fatal errors.
