I was attracted to Litecart partly because you didn't seem to have to have much programming or backend experience. But ... I've just installed Litecart to a subdomain using Softaculous, and now I can't login as admin or see the Litecart site. I get a 403 error. I've looked in these forums and Googled the problem, but without success. The .htaccess file has been mentioned, but it's all a mystery to me and I've not touched the one that Litecart automatically created. Any ideas to help a newbie? Many thanks. Chris

Yet despite the simplicity, is still needing help. It probably depends on what settings were specified in the Softaculous installation. It could be very simple (eg the relative path to the subdomain) or more complicated, there's more information needed. @singingman if you PM me I don't mind trying to help if you screenshot the Softaculous settings screen for the install, but can't promise anything.
