Need 3 Shipping options - Standard, Priority & Express for USPS

Looking for US zone to have 3 shipping options
STANDARD, PRIORITY and EXPRESS

I can't seem to find how I could add those choices

Can someone guide me please?

Hello, I would create 3 geo zone with different prices (in admin/module/shipping modules) then in the edit translation of the same module I will apply the 3 names STANDARD, PRIORITY and EXPRESS (in the sm_zone_weight:title_option_name_zone_1 zone_2 and zone_3).

Won't that effect my 'OUT OF USA' shipping fee?

For OUT OF USA it will apply "Non-matched Zones"
