It is normal when a slight conflict between versions occur. Vqmod requires exact matches and I might need to update the mod instruction to comply with your version. What version are you on?

1.3.6, the latest one I think.

I have updated the add-on with a fresh new copy. Pay attention I renamed the vqmod file so you need to delete the old one you uploaded.
