Free Gifts to customer

Someone who knows if it is possible to enter so that if a customer buys for SEK 100, the customer receives a free gift, which is either added automatically to the shopping cart or the customer must enter a code that appears when the customer has reached the requirement.

There have not been any previous demand or requests for such a feature.
I can't think of a rock solid way to do it.
